The Work
Dominion, through its affiliate DGA Residential, served as developer, owner, contractor and manager, working with a team that included the Knox County, KCDC, THDA, and DK Levy Architecture. Dominion spent $20 million creating the project, providing two and three-bedroom apartment units and a community center for working families. The captive property management platform of DGA Residential was consulted at every step of the process and provides property management services and community engagement. DGA also continues to provide asset management services to the project, ensuring its successful execution.

Providing quality affordable housing is a passion and strategic objective for Dominion, and Lakeview at Westland allowed the company to utilize all aspects of its vertical integration–from development, construction management, property management and asset management–to deliver a project that provides desperately needed housing for Knoxville’s working families.
